Yes! Orders above ৳10,000 qualify for free shipping. Below that, a flat fee of ৳80 applies inside Dhaka and ৳130 outside Dhaka.

Return & Replacement Policy

We encourage customers to check the product carefully in the presence of the delivery person upon receiving the order.

Products cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind, personal preference, or after acceptance of delivery, unless there is a confirmed production/manufacturing defect.

If you receive a wrong item, wrong model, or incorrect color, please contact us as soon as possible through WhatsApp at +880 1342 244309 or message us on our official Facebook page.

Once the issue is verified, we will arrange to send the correct product as a replacement.
Any manufacturing defect must be reported with appropriate photos or videos so our team can verify the issue.

Products damaged due to misuse, accidental damage, improper handling, chemical exposure, or other customer-caused damage are not eligible for return or replacement.
